Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring Team Members in the Pittsburgh area. This role offers a chance to grow personally and professionally in a remodeled store with an owner/operator who invests in your success.

Front-of-House positions involve greeting guests, serving food rapidly, and upholding Chick-fil-A standards. Seasonal opportunities are available, with 10-15 hours weekly and shifts around 10am–2pm or 11am–3pm. You'll gain hands-on leadership experience in a positive team setting.

Seasonal Opportunities

Front-of-House (Customer Service) Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Greet guests with a smile and a friendly attitude.
• Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Comply with all Chick-fil-A policies and standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.
• Create and maintain meaningful connections with guests through excellent service.

Front-of-House Responsibilities:

• Smile and greet every guest warmly at the front counter and in the drive thru.
• Create and maintain eye contact.

• Multitask quickly and efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a strong work ethic.

Position Hours:

• Approximately 10-15 hours per week
• 10am/11am-2pm/3pm

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Reliable and consistent, with a cheerful and positive attitude.
• Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
