Chick-fil-A is hiring Team Members in Ohio and beyond. As a Team Member, you’ll help create a welcoming guest experience, learn operations, and grow with a caring, supportive team.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll help create the kind of experience that keeps guests excited to come back. You will:

• Welcome guests with a genuine smile
• Create and maintain eye contact

• Look for opportunities to create meaningful and memorable connections
• Provide fast, accurate, and attentive service
• Help create a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable restaurant environment
• Support and encourage your fellow Team Members
• Live out the vision and values of our restaurant
• Multitask quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and Team Members
• Bring a team-first attitude and jump in wherever help is needed
• Remain adaptable, dependable, and ready to serve in a fast-paced environment
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
• Complete other responsibilities as needed to help the team serve with excellence
