Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Omaha seeks a Retail-Morning Stocking/Service Team Member (Part-Time) to help customers, stock merchandise, and run a fast, friendly checkout.

You will complete truck unloads, manage planograms, participate in store recovery, and support omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and use equipment for stock tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and follow planograms (POGs) to maintain merchandising.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions, including returns/go-backs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
