Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. NWK-PARAMUS, NJ store seeks a friendly, customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, locate products, and provide solutions. You will conduct fast, accurate checkout, handle cash, and promote rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock environment. Ability to stand long periods and work nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Restock, stock management, and merchandise recovery to keep the store in-stock.
