Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Suggest and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers about the VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
