Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience as Shift Leader, Key Holder, or similar restaurant leadership role.
• Strong hospitality mindset and focus on guest experience.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations from opening to close while upholding CYM standards.
• Provide clear leadership during shifts to maintain service efficiency and team performance.
• Create memorable guest experiences by modeling hospitality and addressing guest concerns.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Maintain recipes, checklists, and food safety procedures; ensure safe operations.
• Resolve issues quickly to keep the shop running smoothly and profitably.
• Handle cash and complete financial reporting as required.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other leaders to sustain a positive shop culture.
• Oversee Front of House or Kitchen Supervisor duties as needed to support the team.
