Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a shift leader or keyholder role.
• ServeSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certification.
• Hospitality orientation and passion for guest experience.
• Proactive, big-picture thinking and initiative.
• Energetic, positive attitude in fast-paced environment.
• Kindness, respect, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations from opening to closing at a high standard.
• Provide direct leadership during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and team performance.
• Represent CYM VIBES and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Resolve issues promptly and keep shop running smoothly.
• Coach and motivate team through regular training and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to checklists, recipes, and standardized tools.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting.
• Collaborate with GM/Leaders to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in shop cleanliness, space maintenance, and vendor ordering when needed.
• Support food safety and training compliance.
• Address incidents with management and escalate appropriately.
• Work FOH or Kitchen Supervisor on some shifts to lead by example.
