  • Produce goods following company guidelines.
  • Operate equipment used in production areas.
  • Load/unload fixtures and equipment as needed.
  • Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on production equipment.
  • Ensure jobs are prepared for equipment use.
  • Read and match item labels to customer requests.
  • Match colors, text, and products accurately.
  • Monitor product quality and report issues.
  • Suggest productivity improvements.
  • Report equipment malfunctions to leadership.
  • Follow supervisor directions and safety policies.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Work independently and in a team.
  • Maintain strong attendance and punctuality.

Manufacturing Associate – Warehouse
Position Summary

The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates support production line operations by personalizing each unique order while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

This role involves inspecting products, loading and unloading fixtures, operating machinery, fulfilling warehouse picking responsibilities, and adhering to all PMall safety guidelines and standards.

Shift

1st Shift (Flexible Early Shift):

Must be available to work flexible start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, including one of the following schedules based on business needs:

  • 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Additional start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM may be required.

Flexibility is required during peak periods, including mandatory rotating holiday 2nd shifts based on business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Operate equipment used in various production areas.
  • Load and unload equipment and fixtures as needed.
  • Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on production equipment.
  • Ensure all jobs are properly prepared and ready for equipment use.
  • Read and match item labels to customer requests.
  • Match colors, text, and products accurately.
  • Continuously monitor product quality and report any issues.
  • Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for improving productivity.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to leadership.
  • Follow direction from supervisors, managers, or assigned POCs.
  • Assist in other departments as needed.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
  • Follow established picking procedures to complete production orders accurately and within required timelines.
  • Accurately restock incoming inventory and log items as required.
  • Perform inventory control checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate tablet-based picking functions and warehouse systems.
  • Participate in unloading containers and receiving incoming shipments.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to support daily operational goals.

Additional Information

Additional duties, responsibilities, and skills may be required based on individual department needs.

Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to perform extensive walking throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, including lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs onto carts for order picking and pallet condensing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
  • Flexibility with scheduling during peak periods.
  • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

The expected hourly pay for this position is $15.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
