Job summary

The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center in Placerville, CA is seeking a Full-Time AM Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate nursing team. This role focuses on resident-centered care, clinical excellence, and consistent morning coverage from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities include assessments, meds administration, care coordination with the interdisciplinary team, accurate documentation, and support of nursing staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care in line with care plans and nursing standards.
• Assess residents, detect changes, and respond appropriately.
• Administer meds and treatments as ordered and monitor schedules.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation timely and complete.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, RNs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care.
