Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team during PM shift and coordinate resident care.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and assignments for RNs/LVNs and CNAs.
• Provide guidance and direction to nursing staff.
• Make independent clinical decisions as conditions change.
• Conduct rounds and monitor residents' status and needs.
• Maintain a calm, respectful environment on shift.
