Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect resident information.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, RNs, physicians, and other staff.
