Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices in skilled nursing/long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care during PM shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Document care timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and support continuity of care.
• Ensure safety, HIPAA compliance, and quality standards.
