Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of line cook experience in high-volume settings.
• Strong cooking techniques, knife skills and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Weekend availability.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Cook and plate to recipe and presentation standards.
• Work station at pace during high-volume rushes.
• Monitor food temps and operate cooking equipment safely.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized; label product.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures.
• Communicate with front-of-house and teammates to keep service flowing.
