Vicious Biscuit Savannah is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to rotate across back-of-house stations—sauté, fry, biscuit build, prep, and dishwashing—and keep the kitchen running smoothly. Earn $18-22/hour with a morning shift and no night hours in a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work weekends; eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus).
• Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness a plus — not required.
• Positive team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook food to recipe, with consistent portioning and quality
• Operate cooking equipment safely and monitor food temps
• Plate and assemble orders to our presentation standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
• Communicate with the front-of-house team to keep service flowing
