Responsibilities

• Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• They provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment.
• As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career.
