Bruegger's Bagels in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will work with the General Manager to open and close the store and maintain food quality and a clean, safe environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and benefits after 90 days; must be 18+, able to pass background, and hold ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification required or in progress.
• Possession of a driver's license preferred.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and maintain morale and tone.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and a clean, safe environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
