Bruegger's Bagels in Cornelius, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to work closely with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction. You will motivate and coach the team, oversee opening and closing duties, and ensure quality of food and a clean, safe store environment for every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Background check required by local/state/federal law.

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members when needed.
• Maintain food quality and a safe, clean store environment.
