Work Schedule: Must be willing to work starting at 5am OR until midnight if necessary (depending on Café hours). Flexible Hours.

Job Summary

This position provides operational support to General Managers in cafés. The Shift Leader ensures smooth operations during GM transitions, supports under‑staffed cafés, leads training initiatives, and maintains brand integrity. • Maintain full proficiency in all café roles and demonstrate daily operational excellence.
• Ensure team member training is executed according to TSC and Harmony Restaurants protocols.
• Monitor daily performance, manage labor and food cost using Synergy Suites and other tools.
• Deliver coaching and feedback to drive team growth and performance.
• Review and maintain compliance across health, safety, and service standards.

Required Skills And Abilities

Physical Requirements

Working Conditions

• Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours; may vary depending on operational needs.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience, including supervisory or training responsibilities.
