Job summary

Harmony Restaurants is seeking Crew Members for Tropical Smoothie Café locations in the United States. Crew Members will deliver hospitality, prepare ingredients for foods and smoothies, and ensure standards and safety protocols are followed in a fast-paced café setting.

Position offers flexible hours, with shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM or ending at midnight depending on café hours and availability. This hourly non-exempt role supports a healthful, community-focused dining experience.

• Assemble and serve smoothies and meals to Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
• Follow proper sanitation and food safety practices during food prep and service.
• Set up and monitor smoothie and food workstations.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations.
• Operate the POS register system accurately, take guest orders, and handle cash responsibly.
• Adhere to all brand safety and security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support café operations.
