Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent or six months janitorial experience.
On the job training provided.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
Use chemical cleaners and power equipment safely to protect floors and surfaces.
Clean and monitor restrooms, rooms, corridors, and entrances.
Empty trash and manage disposal; operate compactors as needed.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; spot clean carpets.
Restock paper products and sanitary supplies; follow schedule.
Operate heavy cleaning equipment as required (floor scrubbers, vacuums, buffers).
Support other duties as assigned per client needs.
