Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and maintenance inside client facilities, with a morning shift. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $14 per hour and weekly pay.

This position requires a high school diploma or six months of janitorial experience, on-the-job training, and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to follow instructions and adapt to different client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas
• Empty trash and manage disposal; use of compactor for certain materials
• Follow housekeeping schedule and use cleaning equipment as required
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffers
