Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform cleaning and preservation tasks at assigned client sites. The role requires flexibility to follow client specifications and cleaning routines.

The schedule is full-time, 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour and weekly pay. The job includes on-the-job training and opportunities to grow with a leading facilities maintenance provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least 6 months of janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas within client sites.
• Maintain and clean floor surfaces: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and manage waste and recycling as required.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions; spot-clean carpets.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment and assist with special tasks.
