Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Facility or Housekeeping Administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and administrative reporting.
• Superior customer service skills and customer-focused orientation.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations and manage time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, including end-of-shift reports and staffing coordination.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and performance standards.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory of consumables and materials to ensure smooth operations.
• Administer KPIs and board metrics; drive adherence to processes.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to housekeeping team.
• Collaborate with Client Operations and Housekeeping Manager on admin tasks and security.
