Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or service environment preferred.
• CNA or PCA certification preferred; may be state-dependent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Respond promptly to resident emergency calls and requests for assistance.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition to the supervisor.
