Job summary

Spring Arbor of Steele Creek is hiring a Part-Time Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities in a compassionate senior living setting. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and safety while building relationships with residents and families.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to pass background screenings. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; CNA/PCA credentials are a plus in some states.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background screening and health screening required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or as required by state regulations.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, incontinence care).
• Provide medication reminders as outlined in care plans.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate care needs to the team.
• Support resident activities and daily community operations.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment and adhere to HIPAA and infection control requirements.
