FullShift Staffing, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality resident care in a clean, safe environment. You will develop and monitor nursing care plans, collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants, and ensure accurate medication administration.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, prior RN experience in a nursing community, a genuine desire to care for residents with integrity, and the ability to work flexible hours. SNF/LTC experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains proper resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develops and monitors nursing care plans; collaborates with physicians, therapists and aides.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborates with residents and healthcare team.
• Records administration of medication.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and compliance with state regulations.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
