Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse in Texas to ensure high-quality resident care in a clean, safe environment. The RN will develop care plans, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants, and perform nursing diagnoses to guide care.

You will record medication administration, supervise staff for safety and compliance with regulations, follow equipment procedures, and take on additional duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1 year of RN experience.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plans; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and CNAs.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with the resident and healthcare team.
• Record administration of medications.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and state guidelines observed.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies; perform other duties as directed.
