FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse in California to maintain high-quality resident care in a safe environment. You will develop care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and ensure accurate medication administration.

The role requires an active CA RN license, experience in SNF/LTC settings, and flexibility to work varied hours. You will also supervise staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Formación

• Active RN license to practice in CA.
• Experience as an RN in a nursing community.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborate with the resident and healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations and state/government compliance.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies usage.
• Perform other duties as directed.
