• Active RN license.
• Experience as an RN in a nursing community.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develops and ensures nursing care plans collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Makes nursing diagnoses forming the basis of the care strategy.
• Collaborates with residents and healthcare team.
• Records administration of medications.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks comply with state and facility procedures.
• Follows nursing equipment and supplies procedures.
• Performs other duties as directed.
