Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure resident care in a clean, safe environment and to develop and monitor care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapists.

The role requires making nursing diagnoses, documenting medication administration, supervising staff to follow regulations, and performing duties as directed, while maintaining high standards of integrity and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing setting.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident and healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication.
• Monitors assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and all tasks meet state and government regulations.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
