• Experience in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to work early shifts (6am–2pm) and handle high volume.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Solves guest issues to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
• Monitors F&B outlet operations and assists the manager.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Engages with guests to identify needs through clear communication.
