Workstream is seeking passionate Servers in Raleigh, North Carolina who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year experience in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in POS systems. Responsibilities include engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
