Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Bistro Server to greet guests and support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in our hotel bar and lounge outlets. The role shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm, with a starting pay of $12 per hour and eligibility for two incentives ($150 at 90 days, $150 at six months).

Weekend and holiday availability is required. You will be preparing coffee varieties, stocking stations, taking orders, expanding beverage knowledge, and serving

Responsibilities

• Prepare all standard hotel varieties of coffee: regular, robust, decaf and hot water for tea.
• Stock coffee stations: creamers, sugar options, cups, lids, stirrers, and napkins; and restock as necessary during shift.
• Prepare orders as requested
• Ensure complete knowledge of all liquor brands, wines, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes.
• Prepare and serve food courses and beverages to guests.
• Make and serve coffee beverages
