Plum Market Bloomfield Township is seeking a Line Cook to join our Prepared Foods team. You will prepare and plate high-quality, scratch-made items for showcases, cold bar, grab & go, and catering with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

You will contribute to a fast-paced kitchen, work with a collaborative team, and follow standardized recipes while maintaining exceptional presentation. Flexible shifts, training, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of culinary fundamentals and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and production guides.
• Strong communication with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for showcase, cold bar, catering, and grab & go per recipes and guides.
• Maintain cleanliness, labeling, and rotation at all times.
• Ensure food is cooked, held, and served at proper temperatures and consistency.
• Monitor prep levels and communicate production needs to leadership.
• Follow sanitation protocols including gloves, labeling, and logs.
• Support team during peak times and help maintain kitchen flow.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, store leadership, and the Director Group.
• Uphold Plum Market policies and SOPs.
