Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools is seeking a Kids' Company Assistant for the Kids' Company program in the Community Education Services department. The role supports the Site Leader in planning daily activities and supervising children in a safe, engaging environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and First Aid/CPR certification; experience with young children is preferred. The position is non-exempt and wage range $18.66–$21.34 per hour, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• One year of experience with young children preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Leader in planning and carrying out daily activities.
• Supervise children and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Support discipline procedures when needed and model positive behavior.
• Maintain program supplies and communicate needs to Site Leader.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in trainings as required.
• Promote teamwork and deliver high-quality customer service to families.
