Job summary

Just Salad is seeking PrepStaff to join our kitchen team. Under the Kitchen Team Leader, PrepStaff will follow food specs and prepare ingredients in the back of house, while supporting initiatives to reduce the brand's environmental footprint.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow product specs and recipes.
• Attention to quality and food safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prep all Just Salad items to recipe cards and specs.
• Correct usage of oven according to recipes.
• Ensure all products are day-ready as prepared.
• Follow and understand sanitation procedures.
• Wear cut gloves when using knives.
• Clean/organize the walk-in refrigerator.
• Complete prep in required time to come to work on front line.
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized.
