Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) seeks a Patient Registration Coordinator to welcome patients and manage intake. You’ll register new and returning patients, verify demographics and insurance, explain coverage and financial responsibilities, and collect copays with accuracy and empathy.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 5:00 AM–1:00 PM with a rotating Saturday shift, no nights and no Sundays, and a bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient registration or medical reception preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and copay collection preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Register new and returning patients and verify demographics and insurance.
• Explain insurance benefits and financial responsibilities with empathy.
• Collect patient payments and process daily transactions accurately.
• Answer calls promptly and support privacy and compliance.
