Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe is seeking an AM Pastry Production Supervisor in Washington, DC to lead first-shift pastry production operations. You will ensure products meet quality standards and work closely with the Pastry Management Team to enhance team performance and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pastry production experience in an artisan bakery, scratch bakery, or high-volume facility.
• Experience operating commercial pastry production equipment including mixers and ovens.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily pastry production and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Maintain effective relationships with bakery managers and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
