Common Bond Cafe - CB Commissary is seeking an AM Pastry Cook for a full-time/part-time role in Bellaire, TX. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour. You will prepare pastries and desserts, coordinate with the Pastry Lead, and help maintain par levels and cleanliness across pastry operations.

Responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring proper storage, and assisting with production needs while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Certification required by local health codes.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards in pastry/bakery areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items according to recipes and yield guides.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment use and safety; operate tools properly.
• Check production schedule and par levels for pastry items.
• Establish priority items for the day.
