Job summary

• Follow recipes and yield guides to ensure departmental standards.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and use it safely.
• Inform management of shortages and requisition needs.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment and proper storage.
• Assist with receiving orders and back stock rotation.
• Minimize waste and ensure health department compliance.
