Job summary

HillsboroughComprehensive Treatment Center is seeking an LPN Dispensing Nurse for per diem, mornings. The role involves safe and accurate dispensing of medication to patients in an outpatient MAT setting, under Medical Director direction.

You will document symptoms, responses, and progress to ensure quality patient care. The position emphasizes a stable schedule with early hours and a recovery environment, offering paid training and the chance to support individuals in recovery from opioid use

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery field.
• There must be no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication under the supervision of the Medical Director or Physician.
• Maintains accurate medication accounting and MAR records.
• Complies with DEA, FDA, ADP requirements and documentation standards.
• Dedicates at least 90% of scheduled hours to medication administration; remainder to other duties.
