Job summary

Brattleboro Comprehensive Treatment Center seeks a Dispensing Nurse (LPN or RN) for part-time or PRN hours in an outpatient MAT setting. Expect no bedside care, with mornings-only shifts from 5:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and a focus on safe dispensing and patient support.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, vital signs, and collaboration with the clinical team. Training is provided; you’ll be done before lunch most days.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN) is required.
• Candidate should have experience with outpatient settings or addiction treatment.
• Ability to operate medical equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by Medical Director or Program Physician.
• Document patient care and progress promptly and accurately.
• Monitor vitals and support treatment plans.
• Maintain inventory and handle medications per guidelines.
• Perform urine/blood sample collection and review results.
• Collaborate with clinical team for safe, effective care.
• Occasionally support mobile unit operations or transport medication.
