Comprehensive Treatment Centers in Grandville, MI seeks an LPN Dispensing Nurse for our outpatient MAT program. Per diem shifts run 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with mornings and early afternoons. Focus is medication dispensing in a safe, low-stress environment within a recovery setting.

You will work under supervision, prepare and administer meds, document care, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining regulatory compliance. Prior outpatient or MAT experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment, or addiction recovery preferred.
• Experience in outpatient treatment programs preferred.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain medical equipment safely and effectively.
• Skilled in drawing blood and collecting specimens for lab testing.
• Proficient in EMR systems and related clinical software applications.
• Competent in patient assessment, including evaluating medical histories, symptoms, and overall condition.
• Ability to monitor and record vital signs accurately.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Ability to observe and document patient responses and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Work under supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director.
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered accurately and timely.
• Document medication administration and nursing care in patient records promptly.
• Ensure safekeeping and accurate inventory of medication stock and records per DEA, FDA, and regulations.
• Maintain precise accounting of all medication received and dispensed.
• Dedicate approximately 90% of work hours to medication administration; remaining time for other duties.
• Conduct and process urine and/or blood samples, read results, complete intake assessments, and monitor outcomes.
• Complete all documentation for procedures in compliance with clinic standards.
• May transport medication to other locations or work on a CTC Mobile Unit as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
