Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Inventory Supervisor for morning, part-time shifts in Fargo. Starting wage is $21.75–$23.75 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for career advancement.

You will coach Inventory Associates, follow a consistent workflow, and partner with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence across retail locations. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are beneficial for travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow to achieve targets.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory concerns and support District/Area Managers.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
