WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor - Inventory (Part-Time) in Fargo, ND. The role starts at $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and paid training. Hiring immediately with opportunities for promotion and a $200 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background report and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory concerns and coordinate with District/Area Managers for operational excellence.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
• Lead by example and uphold company values.
