Job summary

WIS International in Minnesota (Mankato) is seeking a Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings (Part-Time) to lead Inventory Associates, coach for accuracy, and ensure adherence to the company’s workflow and standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to retail locations. Starting wage is $21.00–$23.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory concerns with District Managers and Area Managers for operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
