Job summary

WIS International in Wisconsin Rapids seeks a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor for morning shifts. The role involves coaching Inventory Associates, following a consistent workflow, and traveling to multiple retail locations to ensure accuracy and drive operational excellence.

Starting wage is $21.00–$23.00 per hour with paid training and a referral bonus program. Benefits include health and retirement plans; travel opportunities may occur.>

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Ability to travel to retail locations and work flexible mornings.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and embody Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
