Job summary

WIS International in Minot, ND is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor for morning shifts. You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and travel to retail locations to drive accuracy and results.

The role requires at least two years in inventory support, a high school diploma, reliable transport, and strong communication. WIS offers paid training, opportunities for promotion, benefits, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
