Live Long Well Care is seeking full-time and part-time Morning CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/Companion professionals in Carmel, IN and surrounding areas. CNA not required but a plus; valid driver’s license and smartphone needed. Flexible schedules include weekend work, with paid training and growth opportunities.

This role focuses on personal care, companionship and helping clients maintain independence at home, across multiple local addresses within a 30-mile radius.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduation or GED required.
• Two years’ eldercare experience desired but not required.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and understand English fluently.
• Updated smartphone required for time/attendance apps.

Aufgaben

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Grocery shopping, errands and client transportation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Pet care as needed and safe home environment.
• Represent company positively and promote safety.
• Document services accurately per agency policy.
• Report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Respond to patient needs with sensitivity.
• Travel between client locations as required.
