Job summary

Live Long Well Care is seeking CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aides for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles to provide personal care for seniors. Positions include day, night and weekend shifts with premium for CNA certification. Must have a valid driver's license and smartphone for timekeeping; services within 30 miles of the branch.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CNA certification is not required, but can be a plus and is paid a premium.
• Must be able to work some weekends.
• Must have an up-to-date smartphone for time/attendance, care tasks and communication.
• Services are provided within a 30-mile radius of the branch address.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with ADLs: Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring, Feeding.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping and laundry.
• Grocery shopping/Errands/Transportation, working with clients.
• Provides companionship for the patient/client during daily activities.
• Pet services and daily care activities.
• Document services in agency records and report changes to supervisor.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
